Are there any color requirements such as keeping the claws and horns the same color or is that all up to the user as long as they are shiny?? I am totally making one!!

As they have their own world and culture, I would say no, but yes only if it is accessories, as their lore is specific to them looking how they look. But they can have robotic prosthetics if you wish to do it that way instead.

Yes! That is what I meant by vizor or terrarium! As long as their is a visible head/face it's ok!

By skill I'm guessing you meant skull, a skull is fine and other animals are fine as well as long as they have the same kind of mouth shown!
