Willie is a lively but ditzy airhead who always tries her best at any given task, but often fails due to both her small stature and sheer stupidity. Despite being so small, she thinks she can keep up with regular-sized folks and do everything they can do, unable to acknowledge her own physical limitations. She is very loyal to those around her and feels indebted at the slightest kindness, often over-exerting herself in her efforts to repay them.  She's kindhearted and always tries her best to cheer up someone who seems down in the dumps.
