⊳ Summary - A soft-hearted but delusional boy whose chuunibyou antics have gotten him in big trouble, now stuck playing volleyball with some really dangerous thugs.

 -  PERSONALITY  - 

Pluck is a chuunibyou. He lives in his own little world in which he is a bad-ass emissary of hell sent to this mortal realm to purge our corrupted souls, but really he’s just a shy little kid who wants people to think he’s cool, but is scared to let them close to him. He's actually very meek, easily shocked out of his persona for a moment with the slightest fright, and self-conscious, embarrassed especially by his natural baldness, which he strives to keep hidden. This has only gotten worse now he's surrounded by actual law-breaking, older teens in the correctional facility; now he doubles down on his delusional attitude out of fear of what such dangerous criminals might do to him if they saw him as weak.

 -  HISTORY  - 

Pluck was arrested for possession of weapons after bringing a katana he bought online, with his mother’s credit card, to school. He had no intention of using it for anything dangerous, but thought it would make him look really cool to his classmates, who instead were simply petrified that he could be so recklessly stupid. He sat quietly with his hands on his knees and cried while waiting in the principal’s office as the police showed up and hauled away to the correctional facility, with his mother's consent.

 -  RELATIONSHIPS  - 

Disco - Though Pluck of course speaks to his counsellor with his usual edgy persona, Disco is actually block-headed enough to think that it's actually how the boy really is. He doesn't believe all the 'emissary of hell' stuff of course, but he is really impressed by his confidence, active imagination and impressive vocabulary. This flatters Pluck, but naturally he won't admit as much, instead rejecting the idea with his usual long-winded drama. Disco encourages him to pursue creative writing.
