Disco is a good-natured and intelligent but overbearing man who's passionate about his work as a counsellor for juvenile delinquents. He’s a positive guy who sees the good in everyone and genuinely wants to help people who’ve fallen on the wrong side of the moral compass to get back on the right track in life. He's a bit oblivious in regards to how pushy and hotheaded he can be, especially when it comes to his attempts to support and motivate those around him, which especially in his line of work can make him the subject of plenty of resentment. But he knows that he’s trying his best and is confident in himself as such, making him seemingly impervious to insults and smack-talk, much to the frustration of his patients. No matter what they throw at him, he laughs it off, doesn't take it personally, and carries on trying to help them anyway.

Disco, armed with his positive attitude and degree in child psychology, works as a counsellor at a delinquent correctional facility and is currently assigned to monitor a group of boys who have all gotten themselves into trouble one way or another with their bad attitudes. He’s decided the best way to help them open up and be better people is to form a volleyball team! He's confident that a sport that encourages good communication and teamwork in addition to individual strengths is surely what they need to put them on the straight and narrow! They might not appreciate it now and all treat him with disdain, thinking he’s a goody two-shoes nark, but they’ll come around!
