Maxbot is Stitches's loyal butler, always giving him a hand with handling the guests or aiding with the challenges. He'll even get the plush toy's favourite order- "orange juice in a wine glass, with the little toothpick umbrella"- without breaking a sweat. After all, he's been serving under Stitches for... wait. How long have Stitches and Maxbot been around!?
BIG OL' SPOILERS AHEAD:
The players receive Max's case file and CD after surviving the third challenge, along with the rest of the case files and CDs describing the players.
The video starts up. On the screen is a man approaching elderly status, dressed in a formal servant suit. A narrator speaks over the top of various visuals of the man cooking, cleaning, and performing odd jobs. "Maximilian was considered in his time to be the greatest butler available for hire across the world. His life of service began at the ripe age of 14, where the orphanage he had stayed his entire life deemed him too old for adoption, yet old enough to work. Max’s life without parents forged a sense of longing within him, a desire for authority. This childhood complex built his outlook on his early adult years, making him loyal and dedicated to a fault. By the age of 30, his work had become his mastery, and he began to author a biography for others who would need his guidance as servants. His expert opinions and elite experience eventually developed an opportunity to start a special Servants Guild. Max ran the Guild after building it from the ground up, but was unable to establish an emotional connection to his creation, and so he resumed his life of servitude. Today he would be aged 57, and is still very much capable of his job. However, last he was heard of was during the middle of a contract with his highest paying customer yet; the details surrounding whom are yet unknown. We pray for his safety as one of the world's elites, and hope he is safe."
He is also in the final battle with Stitches, serving his master until the end. Before they start the fight, they quote Team Rocket dramatically. He managed to kill Verity via crème brûlée by hand torch, but succumbs soon after to the vicious attacks of the players. He entrusts his pin to Kalei, since she single-handedly won every challenge she participated in, while every other player lost at least one match.
