The Lore Hunter is a rather...strange entity. He travels across the dimensions, always in search for a good story, but...That can't really be all he's after, can it?
However, no one who had met him recall him as a strange entity, just as some random person on the street. But, they all described him the same way. Perhaps he has memory altering powers? It is uncertain, as to this day, he remains free to do what he wants.
It is often debated why he even started this journey to begin with. Some argue that he's just a drifter who lost his home world, and is trying to find a new home which is just like his own. Others say he has far more...sinister intentions for this journey (some even claim he was the one responsible for his world's death). Whatever the reason, He's on this journey now, and refuses to disclose the reason in normal conversation. But there is some agreement on a few things.
For one, he's clearly not from our world: Many who have met him explained feeling that the person they were speaking to was not human, even if he looked to be so. And he couldn't be a shape-shifter, either, as his appearance is the exact same one for each encounter. And lastly, to the hopeful eyes of paranormal researchers, he cannot jump to the next dimension whenever he wants: there is a bit of time he has to wait, a day at least, before he can move on to another dimension. Albeit, he seems to have taken a liking to this dimension, so it may be soon that he can finally be caught.

-The staff the Lore Hunter carries seems to be the source of his powers. However, he wouldn't let anyone near it.
-If there are people nearby when he finishes his conversation, he will immediately try to engage in a conversation with the witnesses. It is possible that this is the only way his powers can function.
-While he seems to have not yet done anything horrible to another person, a watchful eye is advised, as no one knows what he is capable of.
