The oldest daughter of the wealthy Glevissig family and its heirness, Oriana was drowned by a mob of Starfishers in a questionable situation no one has the guts to inquire. She was raised from the dead not long after and as if nothing happened she proceeded to live among the shooter society once more as robber, either they like it or not. Her vampiric condition however led Oriana to discover an ever darker side of herself, having the taste for draining the magic and thus life from younglings, which lead her to open an orphanage outside the city of Blackwatch where she keeps and care  for very unfortunate lonely young stardragons in exchange for a bit of their vital life occasionally.
