The grandfather of the Vega family; he is married to Maria Guadalupe Vega. Together, they run a succesful family-owend Mexican Restauraunt, which has several branches.

Flirts with his wife a lot. The main chef in their restauraunt. Proudly wears his moustache. Far more laid-back than his wife, but he loves her for "on-the-move" attiude, and knows it balances well with his docil nature. But, don't let his easy-going nature fool you. The man is smart and can not be fooled by your tom-foolery!

Owns and loves a beautiful little dog named Chorizo.
