Rivalry’s a small kiddo living in neon nightmare- aka hell. Despite is appearance he’s a really good kid who loves y’all an wants to fix everyone's problems. Rivalry was “born” with the ability to enter others mind and see their memories or dreams. After discovering his ability he’s been looking through everyone's memories an trying to piece together everything about there past. He believes by doing this he can help everyone better (to bad it just makes everyone hate him). He has a small hideout in one of the run down buildings where he keeps his drawings an theory boards, he spends most of his time in there either teroizing or just hiding from glitch or mono.

His closest friends are taffy an his lover/crush/boyfriend/whatever they are atm cosmos, together all three of them explore memory dungeons an plan to create a rescue team together one day, there team name is “team Dragon Hearts”

Riv’s a very happy kid who’s normally seen smiling (even tho all the art I have of him makes him look sad or edgy lmao) when he’s not drawing or playing around he’s doing his best to help everyone around him. But under his smile he’s got a whole lotta stress. He’s often afraid that he has no reason to exist an that his life was a mistake. his constant need to help others is a way of coping for him as it makes him feel like he’s needed.

He has a very trusting nature around others an will often give someone way more chances than they deserve. He may come off as dumb or gullible, but its more because he wants to believe that everyone can be a good person if they try. But he does know when someone's gone to far an won’t be afraid to fight them if he has to.

Alright so, one day somehow mono got the crazy idea that if he could somehow make more minions for them, that glitch would love him. An despite fucking hating him he decided that he wanted to make the new hecko with jupiter, for some reason. So he forced pixel to make a child using both his an jupiters DNA. they tried for awhile but all the kids died immediately after being created, all except for one. The only survivor was a small malnourished eevee an mareep hybrid. At first nobody thought the kid would live (because like he had no fur an looked like a corpse) but over time his fur grew in an he started looking healthier. The kid was named rivalry, after their parents hate for each other.

Rivalry just kinda existed for awhile. There “parents” kinda neglected him so mostly pixel was the one who raised him.riv wanted to help everyone around him, but he had no idea how. He didn't know what happend to make everyone upset, an they sure as hell wouldn't tell him. He started to believe that there was nothing he could do to help them, But, that's when he discovered his ability. One night while lying down with someone,they started to cry like they were having a nightmare. Riv wanted to understand what was going on an at that moment his tail lit up, the light soon became blinding an rivalry was forced to close his eyes, an when he opened them he found himself inside that person's dream. After this moment rivalry realized what he could do. He would use his power to discover what happened to everyone, an then use that information to find a way to help everyone.

An ever since then he’s been hopping around memories an just trying to be helpful

origenally I just made his design for fun an was probebly gonna sell him. but while chatting in the discord I realised he looked like if jupiter an mono had a kid, a few jokes later I was like "wait no lets make this a thing" an I got flams persision so now its cannon. he started out as a joke I diden't care about an now I just love him so much im dying y'all

the story of how he met taffy is like, pixel got really busy an coulden't feed him, an mono only told him to eat worms. so he left neon nightmare to try an find some food becuase he was starving an then he just found taffy who was like "yo im super lonley wanna get some lunch with me or something?" an then they just...became best friends/low-key siblings

one day he was just hanging out at night with taffy looking at the stars, an then cosmos just fell outta the sky. thats how riv met his boyfriend y'all

rivalry, taffy an cosmos's team name is based off the song "dragonhearted" by TryHardNinja, since thats the song that gave me the idea that the trio would form a rescue team

riv's favorite color is neon pink. he also really likes the color green but he's scared to express that becuase of mono

rivalry has constant nightmares due to all the shit he's seen. he normally dosen't have them while around others so now he refuses to sleep alone
