Lovelace

• Second in command at inHumanⓔ Resources, COGS INC's equivalent of "Cog Bosses" and the highest ranking Cogs of each respective branch. 
• Lovelace is responsible for demotions, terminations, probations, and cessations. He and his two skelecog subordinates are in charge of tracking down Cogs slotted for termination and handing them their pink slips, which deactivate their ability to work for COGS INC ever again. Aka, a Cog's worst nightmare. 
• He, like all the other inHumanⓔ Resource Cogs, has a toon handler put in charge of them by Fat Cat. Because Cogs can't REALLY be in charge of themselves, now can they? Lovelace's handler is Duck N. Cover, a small yellow French duck that doesn't talk much. He's always, always seeking her approval and buys her a lot of the same stuff as him (just small) so they can be #matchies. 
• Lovelace's orange swirly bits are inspired by damascus steel. Some swirls look vaguely heart shaped, hence his name. 
• Not evil, just genuinely thinking he's doing what's best for everyone and literally doesn't know better. He's rather chipper and eager to please, but does have kind of a scary look about him, unfortunately. 
• He is also very very severe regarding failure, himself included. He was originally a Spin Doctor, but demoted himself after failing to fully process and terminate a certain bottom feeder. His skelecog subordinates also...did not start out as skelecogs.  
• His fingers are incredibly precise and sharp, like scalpels. This is so he can better grip onto Cogs if necessary and forcibly place pink slips in their wiring/cores. 
• His favorite color is orange.
