Halei's Comments

To say that Illanya was confused would be an understatement. She was grievously lost, in a city that she didn't recognize. How often would it be that she stepped out of the woods and into unfamiliar territory. Regardless, she tries her best to not let her anxiousness show as she walks along the streets searching for something, anything that would be familiar. As her eyes dart around she doesn't notice the spell caster walking towards her until it's too late.

Illanya walks right into Ha Lei, stumbling for a moment before righting herself. Immediately she whirls around, looking right at the wizard guiltily.

"Oh my Gods, I am so sorry! I wasn't paying attention and I just bowled you over!" The knight's words come out in a rush, her ears flushing red in embarrassment. She had been trying not to cause a scene, but it seemed like that was unavoidable. The paladin is quick to try and start dusting Ha lei's clothing off, muttering in Sylvan something about her own stupidity.

Almost simultaneously, words of profuse apologies spilled out from the wizard's mouth as she looks up to see who she had bumped in whilst in the midst of adjusting her quarterstaff which had become unloosened in its attachment by her side.

"Oh- sorry! Are you alright?" She reacts as though she is about to try and catch the stranger from falling, but relaxes slightly as she sees her re-balance and realises no serious harm has been caused. She gives her fellow klutz a reassuring smile in response to the guilty look on her face. "I'm alright, no bruises here! Sorry, that was my fault, I should have been looking!"

She finishes the dusting off herself and gestures for the stranger to move to the side so they didn't get bowled over again by other inattentive pedestrians. "There's just too much to be distracted here, isn't there? Probably the real reason why we all wear armour here!"
