Autumn Storm

A water mage, she is capable of summoning small rain storms and is often called upon to calm tornadoes and lessen the damage of monsoons by diverting water to safer locations.  Water can't ever really be fully controlled, so she advises people how to best keep their water clean and in check.  If there's any water at any location, she can find it.
