Conway is the middle son of King Arden and Queen Lisbet. He was 7 at the time of the queen's death and Caterine's birth.

Conway is quiet and reserved; he doesn't like to show his emotions and his usually somber air makes him comes across as melancholic. He's soft spoken, but with a hidden force behind his words that makes people listen.

MAGIC AND EXPERTISE

Cuckoo demons require life energy from the dark realm (called magic in the human world) to be able to take on their host parents' form. If their host mother is exposed to other magical energies while they're being incubated it will influence the form their personal magic talents will take. Because the brothers were incubated within Queen Lisbet they can change into humans, or as close to it as possible based on how much magic they have gathered and stored within themselves. Queen Lisbet knew all this, and when she was carrying each of the brothers, she took a regimen of different magical herbs and potions make sure they each would have strong personal magic and appear to be mages, as expected of the royal bloodline.

Conway's personal magic is healing power. He can breath life energy into other living things to heal sickness or wounds. This power is very draining though - not only does it take magic for the healing process to take place, it also takes extra magic equivalent to the severity of the healing being done. Because of this, Conway goes through magic faster than his brothers. Healing uses magic that would otherwise help him keep his form, so the more healing he does the less human becomes. To try to limit the amount of healing power he has to use while attending to patients, he studies medicine and natural remedies so he can rely on practical skills and medicine to heal whenever possible. 

Conway's usual form is humanoid with bird like feet and lower legs, wings instead or arms, a bird tail and feathers covering his body from upper arms mid torso down, with a few stray feathers growing in his hair. Without hands, he needs help from his brothers with most everyday things, and he hates it. He's proud and hates feeling helpless and relying on others. He spends most time as a human, but will change back to his true bird form a few times a day just be alone or take care of personal business. 

STORY

Conway acts as a sort of hedge witch while he and his brothers travel the country, selling his services to those who need them.
