Do you realize that this is my own design that I created in 2017? ?? I'm kind of confused as to why you want me to pay for my own design, I know you told me I wasnt allowed to sell but as the original designer my terms overide that.

Apologies for any and all frustrations and stress this may have caused. And I also apologize as I was wrong in thinking that it would be fine to attempt to sell my original creation after over a year of owning it. I will not make that mistake again. Once again sorry for any inconveniences this has caused. I sincerely hope you enjoy the design.
Hey, I feel obligated to step in because your statement is incorrect. Your terms absolutely do not override the need for reimbursement. No TOS overrides federal law and Harley is the legal owner of the design. They originally paid for the design; it was returned to you with a written agreement (anything over a platform is) that you wouldn't sell it as you would then be making money both from Harley and the new owner. If you intend to sell it, you are legally obligated to reimburse Harley for the original sale of this design that they (generously!) returned to you without seeking a refund.
