Personality

+ Enthusiastic and positive; though being a creature with the element of ice he's a small ball of sunshine  /w\

+ Wears his heart on his sleeves; he is as he seems like hhh, he can't and doesn't hide anything from people, this includes thoughts (both harsh and kind), secrets, etc.

+ Naive and young; he has no idea about anything in this world aside from all the good things and believes that everyone is a good person (aka believes tht evil does not exist). Also extremely gullible.

+ Helpful; since he literally has infinite luck, he leaps at the chance to help anyone in trouble, whether they like it or not xD ;

+ Values other's happiness above everything else; his goal of life: to create a world where everyone is happy hhh. Thats why hes travelling around to help people :3c. And yea if someone was sad he'll do everything he can to make them happy and, if he can't, he'll feel sad as well just because he knows tht someone is sad in this world orz

- Really protective of his own 'properties'; he'll do everything he can to protect his scarf, collected 'treasure', and friends (basically not willing to share friends with others and will be jealous. But he'll feel really guilty if his friend was to be sad because of his actions.)

Notes

 (please read through these before drawing him!! Some are really important to the design)

• He can switch between two different forms, one humanoid and one feral!
• His blood is light blue coloured (yea he's literally cold blooded)
• He knows some magic attacks and spells and can use them in both dragon and human form (dragon form stronger dou)
• Weak strength but good with magic :0
• In dragon form, he can’t fly but can leap pretty high
• His front legs are paws and back legs are hooves :3c; the paws are coated with a layer of ice-like substance that never melts and isn’t as fragile as normal ice, while the hooves and horns are literally made out of it! (I'm sorry if the pics dont look like tht aha ;;)
• In human form he has 3 fingers and one thumb on his paw :0 
• He usually wears that light blue scarf no matter what form he's in! But it's fine if you draw him without /w\

• He can create a layer of ice from his paws / hooves as he walks so yea he can technically walk on water / air if the ice was created fast enough that a layer is always under him. Basically he does this by freezing the moisture in the air, or water, into ice really quickly so that it’s continuous hhhh \\\\ he gets pretty tired quickly after doing this though. With this ability, he can also create ice shards / shields ^^^ this wastes less energy than the one above
• Able to create illusions from huge to small, but the larger the illusion the harder it is for him to sustain it (so usually it barely has any detail) while smaller ones are much more easy to make. Again, gets tired quickly from doing this, esp for bigger ones.
• Hhhh able to give good luck to anyone and he himself is really lucky as well (sorta emits this aura that brings luck to everyone around him, but it’s like an on and off switch- he either activates it to full mode and brings huge loads of ridiculous luck, or doesn’t activate it at all- because he’s unable to control it well).
• Eyes are able to see clearly in, and ofc withstand bright light without damaging themselves
• Has calming powers :0, but the intensity depends on the intensity of his mood orz, so like if he was really happy (or sad, or desperate, etc. Doesn’t only have to be happy), it’ll heal a lot more than if he was just a bit happy. Hhh and when he’s really happy he gives off this soothing aura that brings peace to all living creatures around him and causes them to all be peaceful, friendly, calm, and, ofc happy as long as the aura is still on :3c

• Doesn’t fit in with the rest of his tribe cause personality is just really different \\\\ but his magic abilities are well respected there though, since by normal standards it’s really strong already (esp since he barely practices it hhh ;; was just born w strong magic xD. And yea if he were to actually practice it more he’ll be a really op magic user :0)
• Doesn’t like to fight orz because (1st, Kirins are normally peaceful magic creatures, and (2nd, he can’t stand the thought of hurting others and seeing people get hurt. So yea he rarely uses his ice magic to attack people unless he’s really angry / desperate (which is prty rare) and prefers to participate in a fight by staying back to heal or by hindering the other team’s fighting abilities but not damaging them directly 
• Is currently travelling (with friends?) around the world to discover new regions + map it out and (not supposed to, but) to spread peace by helping everyone on the way xD
• His tribe were a 避世 kind of tribe and haven't went out of their hiding place for like a few thousand years because of how chaotic and dark the world was before they hid themselves away (their power and support was fought over for during tht war due to how strong their tribe was and still is). Currently they're still hiding and believes that the world hasn't changed too much outside, but will help any sincere people who have travelled through the harsh terrains that guard the entrance to their domain just to seek their help (older kirins have the ability to see through one's heart and see their true intentions uwu). But Yagir is still young and believes that the world has changed somehow so he travels off to help them with the 'permission' of the elders (his actual quest was to map the new parts of the world out for them in secret, but as you can see he already failed that by helping everyone on the way).
