Personality

Rosco is a lazy, sloppy, dirty-minded werewolf, always cracking jokes and making innuendoes, approaching every situation with this goofy aloofness. Until you gravely hurt some he considers to be very close. Then, the switch flips and he turns into this icy cold badass.

Powers

Rosco can control all manner of ice and snow and can deplete the "cold" from around people, storing it inside himself. He can make constructs and can't slip on ice. In fact, he can slide on the ice as if he were skating. He can also use this deadly ability known as the Nitro-Cryo Burst, which is a huge explosion of "cold energy", freezing everything within a 5-mile radius. His ice is so powerful, it can freeze the likes of Malachi and Speedsters in their tracks.

Background

Rosco is the youngest out of 3 triplets, Casey and Nia. For the bulk of his backstory, refer to his other brother's profile. Rosco doesn't have too much to say as he kind of goes with the flow with a lot of things, being dragged into conflicts rather than engaging with them. During their journey and even in their home life, Rosco essentially was the baby. His naïvite and his laziness combined got him into the most trouble. Especially from Nia. 

However, nowadays, he lives with his boyfriend, Cole Bester, peacefully and happily. He's even thinking about being more active and joining the army.
