Race: White Elf (WIP)

Summary: Grew up in a temple with her brother, but eventually grew tired of that life and ran away to become a soldier, then later a mercenary.

Nephele didn’t have same gift of being able to communicate with gods like her brother did, so it wasn’t nearly as fun for her at the temple as it was for him. She trained her body out of boredom, and with a need to support herself and find her own purpose in the world. then she eventually left and joined the city guards, then a fighter troupe, and eventually became mercenary and adventurer with a mentor who taught her everything she needed to know. Generally, she is someone who fights and moves around a lot.

She is very practical and weighs situations based on pros and cons, even when it comes to emotions. She may get fussy and aggressive when stressed, and her elven dialect comes out, but she’s usually pretty even headed, chill, and collected. She likes cooking, stemming from her time in a fighter troupe where they took turns making meals, and then it came in handy when she travelled with her mentor who only knew how to make tea. When it comes to belief, she does believe in gods- but not religious in any way. She kinda sees them on the same level as clouds like “they’re there, but they’re not gonna do anything for us but bring rain. And when they go away, there’s sunshine. Both are needed but the gods themselves don’t really care about it either way.” So she avoids religious topics or replies with disinterest. She does like her brother, but was also kinda annoyed by him and doesn’t entirely miss him. She just kinda wonders how he’s doing and if he ever got to leave that temple and try to have an actual fulfilling life. But she wasn’t responsible for him in any way, accepting that he could make his own choices.
