Clone: She can clone the quirk of any person she physically touches, but she has to teach herself how to use the quirk. She can only use 2-3 quirks at a time and if she switches between them too much she starts to get dizzy. Pushing herself to switch too much will cause her to pass out. She can also temporarily pass a 'watered down' version of her cloned quirks on to other people, so she can make a clone of your guys quirk and give it back to him and it would boost the strength of it for a short time.

Profile
Ashiya joined the pro hero agency in Roppongi in Minato, Tokyo right out of high school. She likes to stand out in the hero world, trying to make people smile the way All Might always did. When she was 24 her best friend Sakiko got married and Ashiya realized she didn't want to be alone for the rest of her life. She started dabbling in dating but nothing that was serious. Mirio and Ashiya were still close friends from their UA days. While they were hanging out one day Mirio just asked her out, still having feelings for her since they dated in school. Thrown a little off guard, she agreed to the date without really thinking about it. She hadn't considered dating Mirio again, considering the reason she had ended their relationship previously. Regardless of how she felt about the situation, they actually had an amazing date. He knew exactly what she liked to do and how to have fun together, having been close friends for as long as they have.
She began collecting Lemillion action figures and merchandise to support her boyfriend. Everytime he came over she would proudly showcase everything new she got and ask him to sign it for her. As their relationship progressed Ashiya had a harder and harder time sleeping in her bed without him there, it was around this point in time she realized that she was really in love with him. She constantly fell asleep on the couch, waiting for him to come over. One time she fell asleep on Mirio's couch with the newest action figure of Lemillion, one that was not due to release for another week, waiting for him to come home so he could sign it for her. When he finally arrived home, after midnight, and discovered her sleeping on his couch he decided it was time to ask her to move in.
It wasn't long after they moved in together that Mirio asked Ashiya to marry him. To this day Ashiya believes that that was the smartest thing she's ever done, she couldn't imagine her life without Mirio. They got married fairly soon after they got engaged. At the time Sakiko was very pregnant and Ashiya wanted to have the wedding while Sakiko still had her cute baby bump. After meeting baby Ichirou, Ashiya and Mirio decided they also wanted a family. They tried for a baby for about a year, and when Ashiya finally got pregnant they were surprised to discover they were having twins! They were born very healthy babies, in the spring just after Ashiya's 27th birthday. One boy named Toshinori (after Ashiya's hero All Might), and one girl named Mitsuki.
As a pro the world didn't know she was married until she got pregnant with the twins. Mirio was bursting with joy the moment he announced that his wife was pregnant, surprising many people.
