Oh!!! SHE'S SO SWEET I LOVE HER... I want to give her a hug just because... but yeah I love positive energetic characters! They're always fun to read and write about. I like how she's not just blindly cheerful, childish, and ditzy... there's nuance to it. Like with her childishness, she has a childish demeanor but is still mature and capable, I usually see characters who are 1000% baby when they're described as "childish" so it's nice. Or that she's cheerful and optimistic but still fell under depression and hardship when she couldn't save her father. I think the "high INT low WIS" describes her character really well. ALSO I love the look of frilly dresses and ribbons and stuff (of course I didn't grow up with Touhou, what are you talking about) so I can't help but look at her and weep. Great character!!
