Profile
Growing up in the Varanian Dominion seemed like a natural fit for a Scoria, or so thought the parents of the soon-to-be-born Gwendolyn, having left their home on Anthra to seek life elsewhere. In some sense, they were correct, the strict regimentation that came natural to the Vanusian Hellhounds was to be found in the Dominion as well, albeit with a more meritocratic slant. This did nothing to change the fact that, even if she hadn't been an extremely rare and small humanoid living among a nation of giant dragons and serpents, her albinism ensured she would stand out like a sore thumb. None of this stopped the young Gwen from learning and growing as best she could, integrating herself into the Varanian lifestyle admirably.
Upon graduating with high marks from the Dominion Military Academy, she promptly left home and fell in with the Federation Bounty Hunters Guild, trading an authoritative master for one only slightly less so, quickly working her way up through the ranks off the back of the skills she'd perfected to reach A-Rank in record time, being paired up with another newly appointed A-Rank hunter in the rogue Vehema, Gale Gealtacht, himself surprised at the lack of prejudice he faced from the strange Scoria.
Though she may seem lackadaisical at first glance, on assignment she's anything but, working with the characteristically frightening level of Varanian and Scorian efficiency. When not hunting down targets, Gwen can generally be found starting bar brawls, checking out "the local wildlife", dyeing her hair for the umpteenth time, gambling her significant funds away, or lounging onboard the vessel she and Gale call home during long mission runs through border space.
