Aletheia

aletheia is a strange alien from a distant planet known as katoikia. they're an ambassador for their race, the crysellians, though their race is highly xenophobic and is known to highly dislike organic life, often viewing them as disgusting. the planet katikia itself is actually sunless, and the crysellians live very far underground, using the planet's geothermal heat as power. 

aletheia's 'sibling' is onyx zwou, another crysellian who was raised offworld. while aletheia does not see onyx as a sibling, onyx sees aletheia as one, and the two work together in the ambassador sect. aletheia slowly begins to warm up to onyx- that is, until onyx is suddenly convicted of murder and vanishes, on the run from crysellian authorities.

and yet... aletheia cannot help but shake the feeling that something here is wrong.
