Mauru

He's very sure of himself and he thinks that he's always right. He's also quite charismatic and seemingly friendly, although something about him seems slightly off. He's not a mean guy, but, once you get to know him, you'll notice that he's not quite in the right mental state. If things don't go his way, he'll calmly - yet frustratedly- try to convince others to do what he says, and, if they still don't, he will become upset and forceful. He tries his best to be calm and collected in his tone of voice, but his true feelings are revealed in his fake grin. Mauru can be very manipulative and will twist words to get what he wants. He's more verbally forceful in the phrases that he chooses rather than physically forceful. 

He lives in an apocalyptic world where the sun is increasingly getting closer to the planet that he lives on. He patrols the area near the warehouse that he owns, looking for travelers and telling bringing them to his warehouse for 'shelter.' However, for him, 'shelter' means eternally freezing them so that the sun does not burn them in the future. His twisted thinking leads to him believing that he is 'helping' others whenever he freezes them. He believes that freezing them 'immortalizes' them. He also thinks that it 'captures the moment in eternity.'
