Tricks is one of three inhabitants of a world called the Land of Forgotten Things. The Land is a place where souls who have been cast aside by the Gods reside, unable to pass on to the afterlife, and unable to return to the world of the living. Like all inhabitants of the Land, Tricks is unable to remember anything about his mortal life.
Tricks was the first inhabitant of the Land, and has a connection to it lunlike any other. Tricks has complete control of the Land, and can manifest anything that he would like - aside from other organic creatures. Tricks used this power to create a magnificent palace for him to live in, surrounded on all sides by a giant, maze-like funfair.
Tricks claims to, in reality, be a God himself - a Trickster God cast aside by the rest of the Gods. His goal is to one day leave the Land of Forgotten Things, and travel to the Land of the Gods, to demand the Gods explain why they cast him aside.
Tricks loyal butler-slash-best friend-slash little brother. Tricks takes a lot of pleasure out of antagonising SB, but genuinely cares for him a great deal, and is quite protective over him.
The closest thing that the Land of Forgotten Things has to an adult. Pastel takes care of Tricks and SB, and tries to keep Tricks from giving SB too many heart attacks a day. Tricks acts annoyed by Pastel's mothering, but in reality care for her and appreciates her efforts to look after him.
Solis is a new addition to the Land of Forgotten things, and Tricks has quickly dubbed them their best friend. Solis is a polar opposite to Tricks, and tires easily of Tricks hijinks, but Tricks either doesn't notice or doesn't mind this.
