Elia is a young woman with a lighter skintone, orange eyes and purple-red hair that fades to a brownish-red at the tips. She stands 5’ 5”/165cm without shoes on. She has lip and nose piercings and several ear piercings.
She can usually be seen wearing a pink crop-top with a picture of a screw and the letter ‘U’ in white on it, paired with purple cutoff shorts with several attached straps that go over her body. Under this she wears light blue rights with a silver melting metal motif on the sides. Her shoes are sneakers with white details, and the main body of it having a paint spray pattern made up of light blue, light pink, purple and light grey. She also wears a large jacket with cutoff sleeves that reaches just past her shorts. It’s a pink, green and grey plaid with large metal spikes on the collar and pockets.
She wears several pieces of metal jewelry: a black metallic lip ring, silver nose stud, and several silver earrings. She also has several large, chunky gold-colored bracelets that she wears constantly. Around her neck she wears a spiked collar with several thin loops of silver chain attached. She also has a bullet necklace that she wears with every outfit, no matter what it is.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Calm, focused, practical, and detail-oriented, Elia is an intelligent, but very pragmatic individual. She was essentially raised in or around Passione and their activities, so is almost scarily used to the violence their activities bring.
Elia is usually more interested in getting the jobs she was getting them done, and doing them well. She has a lot of pride in the weapons she handles and invests a lot of energy to making sure they’re of high quality.
She stays out of gang politics as much as she can, assuming that meddling in that too much is what got her father killed. She would like to find out who actually took his life, but it isn’t the burning desire in her that she’s seen from other people in similar circumstances. Occasionally this worries her, making her wonder if something is fundamentally wrong with her because of it.
She interacts willingly with very few people outside of her immediate team. Most of the time she holds up a mask of indifference to the gang members that come to her with requests, and there are very few people that she actually has developed a certain fondness for. These people she’s less formal with, and less careful of her works
Basically if she’s calling you a dumbass it’s either because you’ve managed to annoy her enough she’s about to kick your ass, or she actually thinks your kind of cool. It can be hard to tell which one it is.
She actually has a reputation for find people annoying, or for being completely unemotional. She prides herself on being in control, so in situations where her emotions are raw or she’s stressed, her face is almost a blank, emotionless mask as she tries to keep them in check. This will usually lead to an explosion in private somewhere else.
She does have a deep sense of responsibility for her teams and the territory she’s supposed to be looking after. Part of her job is to look after them, and she will do her best with that.
Because of the complicated relationship she had with her father, she barely ever mentions him, leading some people to think she hated him or didn’t care about him at all. It’s far from the truth, but it she doesn’t correct them even when it hurts. She doesn’t think it’s any of their business.
Elia essentially took over her father’s position as Capo after he was killed when she was seventeen. Because of this, and her age, people still tend to question if she really earned her position or if it was just handed to her because of her father. They doubt her accomplishments too, wondering if she can do her job or live up to her title. Some have even speculated that she had her father killed to earn her position, though those who were close to know that she would never have done that. It still weighs on her, and she doesn’t appreciate people questioning her ability. She’s very conscious of what the position of Capo means, and tries to maintain a sense of dignity because of it.
People also tend to get confused, and be startled that she’s a girl. Part of it is because they’re used to her father being there, and her name confuses them. Part of it is just because they hear ‘firearms expect’ and ‘Capo’ in the same sentence and assume a man. It annoys her, but not nearly as much as having her competence questioned.

Elia can detect the size and shape of metal objects that are within her stands influence. She can also tell general shape, though not necessarily what they’re used for.

Elia become an excellent shot in order to impress her father, and gain his attention. She’s a sharpshooter that knows how to use several different guns, and is proficient with most firearms in general. .

Gunsmith

In addition to their use, Elia knows how to build, repair, and modify most firearms. She’s also an expert in their history and how they’re used.

Elia’s parents weren’t married when she was born, and she’s unsure if they ever married at all because her father doesn’t bring it up. Her mother, perhaps unable to stand the pressure of being with a man involved with a gang, left when she was two.
