Mikoto

Mikoto (mee-ko-toe) is a dragon that resides near the ocean in a cave. No one knows where he originated from; he just appeared one day and no one really questioned it. He has ability to control and manipulate water and knows hypnosis, though he claims he never utilizes the latter (or does he?). He's a lot more powerful than he let's on, as he limits the amount of power he uses and radiates. He doesn't look too special. He's a lanky dragon with grimy fur,terrible posture, and always smells of seaweed, but this is a case where there is more than meets the eye.

Mikoto is more wise than he lets on. His teasing personality often leads others to assume that he doesn't take things seriously. He likes to tests other creature's patience to see how quickly they will or won't snap. Those who manage to see through his jokes will discover that he's quite genuine and mature, and he has a lot of knowledge and stories to share. He has strange habits, one of them being that he scavenges things and takes them to his cave. His collection is odd and ever growing, which includes things like animal bones, stones, trinkets,gemstones, and even human treasure.
