Penny is a deceptive individual. She's very lazy leading to the appearance of a chilled, laid back demeanor when in reality she's just too lazy to devote emotion into things. That said, when rilled she is very vengeful, cunning, mean, and dangerous. Luckily, she's rather slow so if you'''re smart enough to run you can usually get away. Occasionally, however, it does fit her fancy to be sadistic and she chooses her victims indiscriminately. That said, she gives great hugs and is a fantastic cuddle buddy if you trust her enough to get that close.

Penny was once pure human but became cursed with her naga form after cheating on a god she was in a relationship with. Futhermore, she was kciked out of her dimension and left to wander those of others where their realities reject and slowly hurt her. She was given the ability to jump dimensoins, but in orderfor her to do that, she must first gather broken promises (the fuel needed to allow her to do this). Different broken promises give her differing amounts of energy she needs to make the next jump. Cheating in a relationship is the ultimate broken promise. This curse was supposed to make her aware of her wrong doings and curse her to an eternity of hurting others, but Penny forgot to care. Whenever the pain of a dimension gets too much, she manipulates people into breaking massive promises so she can move on. She can stay in a dimension for years setting up interpersonal relationships for her to break when she decides to move on.

Penny is blind in both eyes and senses the world through her snake senses.
