Arashi is the son of the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju. He has a sister, Momo Senju, and they are both extremely skilled elite level shinobi who live in and serve Konoha. He grew up with Tobirama's teachings, taking much more to his father's line of work. Arashi is extremely bright, and picked up on most of if not all of the work his father did. And he continues to carry on the innovation of chakra and jutsu just like Tobirama had.

     Eventually, easily rising through the ranks to a jounin, he was entrusted and expected to become a sensei, a team captain, and train up 3 Genin. He hated this, you see Arashi is helplessly nihilistic and wants to pretty much do nothing and die one day, so the prospect of being responsible for not only himself, but 3 children's lives? Oh yeah it's not fun. During his time as a team captain, he was surprisingly decent at it. Sure he was lazy and unproductive, but he found easy cheat type ways to train his team's minds which helped them physically train themselves.

     However the nice easy times wouldn't last long, and ironically enough not at his own fault, 2 of his genin go missing. Kurokabi Uchiha, the son of the 7th Hokage Naruto and the hokage's shadow Sasuke Uchiha, had fled the village along with two others. It's assumed he fled willingly, but none the less judging eyes were cast upon Arashi for not having motivated Kurokabi enough to warrant him staying in the village and remaining loyal. BUT that's not all! Not too long after, the young lady on his team Umeka Yamanaka goes missing, not of her own will. It's suspected she had been kidnapped while alone, not on mission at all. It was out of his control but the finger again gets pointed his way, and with immense distrust for his abilities as a mentor, he was removed as a captain and sensei.

     He has great remorse for what happened to the kids, and trust me his sister Momo grills him endlessly about it. Something is stirring inside of him and it doesn't sit right with him. Not because of how the village treats him because of the genin going missing, but because he himself wants them to be safe, he's not heartless. In secret when he is alone, he has been gathering information, traveling and talking to people, and investigating everything he can involving both disappearances. He's planning some way to go out there and get them back. However....as fate may have it, there's a possibility there is something much bigger happening here...something beyond himself alone.

Arashi by nature is an extremely lazy individual, who doesn't see the point in anything. This translates into battle, if the opponent isn't something high stakes he'd rather pass it off to someone else or get it over with quickly. His sharp wit and genius battle sense means he can finish most battles no problem, with the quickest path possible. In cases of high stakes where he feels pressure and feels challenged he is capable of waking his motivation up enough to defend what needs defended. He's very much a bear you have to poke more than a couple times, but when you wake him it's over. He's an extremely knowledgeable high skill leveled shinobi that you do NOT want to come across. He will not only out-wit you but he will also pummel you with brute force of his water and lightning style. He truely is a Storm Dragon in the battle field, fierce unyielding and something you should avoid at all costs.

     This doesn't mean he is unbeatable, unfortunately his low levels of motivation and his lack of taking things seriously means he is prone to doubting his opponents and underestimating skill levels. Being a sensory ninja he can sense chakra levels, but that doesn't mean he can sense skill. So often times if he senses chakra lesser than his he writes them off, experienced or not. This leaves him vulnerable to surprises.

     Arashi, like his father Tobirama, is a highly tuned sensory ninja. He can sense Chakras around him for quite some distance, far further than would be heard or seen by others naturally. He can usually identify familiar chakras as well, so identifying people he has met before is something he's able to do. This means sneaking up on him or ambushing him is an absolute no go. He much prefers this role of someone who stands back or hides and just relays information, but to his displeasure he's a great shinobi so....battle it is.

Signature Jutsu: Twin Thundering Dragon
     - User gathers a large amount of water and shapes it into two(2) giant dragons, taking advantage of the highly conductive nature of water, he then infuses the water dragons with lightning-natured chakra. The dragons are then launched at the target with formidable might. When this technique makes contact with a target, it sends high amounts of electricity through every nerve in the body effectively paralyzing the victim. This technique can either be performed by using a pre-existing water source, or be kneaded within the user's stomach and expelled through his mouth.

Jutsu 1: Lightning Fang
     - After kneading chakra in his stomach and converting it into water, and infusing the water with lightning-natured chakra, he is able to spew it out of his mouth as an electrified high pressure stream that is powerful enough to easily cut through metal/wood/rock, with an added jolt of electricity for flavor and damage.

Jutsu 2: Swirling Dark Storm
     - User uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity into a swirling vortex around the target, effectively trapping them in a tornado like Jutsu. This technique also creates several currents of electricity inside said vortex shocking the target whenever contact is made. Once sucked into this Jutsu it's damn near impossible to get out.

Jutsu 3: Storm Styled Genjutsu
 -He uses genjutsu that kinda traps you in a dark stormy atmosphere, where the electrical currents make you unable to sense anything, and the darkness prevents you from seeing. The sound of rain and thunder dulls your hearing, and the smell of stormy rain prevents any scent tracking. It's sensory deprivation.

Jutsu 4: Water Trumpet & Lightning Trumpet
 -User launches a large jet of water from his mouth through his cupped hand. This gives the appearance of playing a trumpet, hence the name. -- he can also preform the same Jutsu as described above but with Lightning-release instead of Water-release.
