What a cool design! I love the ears, I also have a character named Sol and I'd think they'd get along!
I ALSO wanted to mention that I think their design is very solid, easily recognizable among your cast (at least as a version of sol, I see you have many!) and the little things bring it together!
I hope you can forgive me because I think in concepts and loose images, and it took me a minute to articulate what I was thinking Abt the design :3
Hi hi! I got some HC's for Sol for youuu <3
- Trying to not draw attention to herself has been proven quite difficult for Sol given her appearances and the fact that she's lowkey the mascot of the resistance. Though, supposedly she doesn't mind this as this is a way for the resistance's members to feel motivated in a way through her words and actions.
- Sol is usually careful not to go overboard with her flames due to her past but life finds a way to fuck shit up. Except this is done in the most slapstick way possible since she's continuing to get better at controlling them.
- Her raw strength makes up for the fact that she's most likely one of the slowest in the team. This bothered Sol, at first, but later come to terms with it after Fay sat her down and told her that's the reason why they got each other's backs - they cover up each other's weaknesses through their strengths.
- Since Sol loves swimming, her favorite season has got to be summer! Alongside this, she would bake macarons with tropical flavors to match the season as well, giving them to everyone who join along their beach trips.
First of all, the voice claim! The first voice that came to mind when I saw Sol was Fionna from Fionna and Cake! She's got that spunky, occasionally unhinged kind of vibe that I think might fit Sol well.
I think you've got an incredibly engaging universe set up here! I love fantasy and high stakes, and I love characters like Sol who unfortunately get caught in the middle of it and make the most of it where they can. I'm also a huge fan of characters who are kind, but secretive. Given her backstory, I think she has every reason to be a bit closed off, but it's great that she still manages to be compassionate and heroic where it counts. I also like that she's a whiz with a weapon, and even more so that she built the weapon herself. It gives it a bit of intimacy.
I also really like her design. I'm a sucker for characters who just ooze spunkiness, and the addition of a band-aid on the nose always does the trick at getting that sentiment across. Not only that, but her color palette works well together, and she's overall very nice to look at. Great job!
As for headcanons...
1. Sol's macarons are a delicacy among the Star Scale crew. It never ceases to surprise them when everyone starts clamoring for the sweets they make. It's a skill she can't quite remember picking up, but one she utilizes fully.
2. Speaking of dogs, Sol can communicate with them to some extent. She can understand what they say and read their body language quite well.
3. Sometimes, Sol lies awake at night, mulling over her past and wondering if there's anything she could have done differently, despite not remembering much. She wishes she knew then what she knows now. So many things left unsaid resting on the tip of her tongue that she'd like to be able to tell the ones she lost. One day, she hopes she'll find a way to.
4. Related to the last headcanon in her trivia section, similar to actual dogs, Sol can smell her friends from up to 11 miles away, which is really helpful during dire situations.
The first thing I noticed is that Sol greatly values her own autonomy!! Telltale sign of Fi, which is when you possess a great understanding of your own feelings and values. I think this as her dominant func works quite well!! As for her secondary, I'm gonna go with Se, as she's attuned to her environment! So dom fi and secondary se lead me to believe that Sol is an ISFP!
As for Enneagram, i'm going with a 5w6, the thinker and the skeptic. 5w6s are independent, witty, and don't hesitate to question anything, which are all traits that I feel could work with Sol.
Finally!! temperament!! perhaps a phlegmatic-sanguine? it's kind of hard to fit her into one category when it comes to this, but phelg-sangs are a nice blend of calm and warm/enthusiastic. not so sure about this one fitting, feel free to correct me!

- Sol LOVES those wax soda candies!! especically when they're in unnatural colors..
- She's a bug defender, will always opt for gently bringing the intruder bug outside instead of stomping it into a gross mess
- When signing her name, she adds a lil sunflower next to the signature!
- Really enjoys the sensation of brushing her hair, will low-key sit in front of the mirror and slowly brush it herself while thinking about serious things and lose track of time...

Another mini note: Sol shares a name with the protagonist of one of my favorite manhua, Cheese In The Trap!! I highly reccommend reading it, it's very interesting ^_^
I can totally see she's a very loved character with a really cool lore! She seems very adventurous and intriguing (whenever I see her avatar in forums, I always wonder FOR WHAT is she wanted? :'D) Curious what happened to the vessel project in laboratory-- and what are the sources of all her cool abilites/powers! Or if coming back to life is somewhat troublesome for her. Reinventing macaroons very understandable XD Also all the art of her and Lass are so wholesome <3
