This large badlands dragon lives in the echoing swamp and controls a large portion of the territory there. He had yet to be seen using magic of any kind besides somehow managing to make nova behave. It is also unknown the size of his pack and how he controls such a large territory. 

Cobalt is responsible for raising Nova since he's found him, taking a liking to the purple hatchling and defending Nova from attackers, only to be attacked by the purple brat as Nova attempted escape time and again. The large dragon had to get creative with how he kept the purple menace in check. Slowly teaching him how things worked in the badlands and eventually getting the trust of the createn...and a little less sass....only a little. 

He is so far the largest dragon made for the series.
