he's a sly and manipulative individual. He would rather trick other people into doing his dirty work for him. He is willing to do work himself if there's no one he can make do it for himself. He usually leaves most species alone, but has a huge hatred for the Winged species, and wants them to suffer. He will do anything to make them suffer, even if it means killing those close to them.

Backstory

Growing up, Looker was able to develop his psychic powers earlier than most kids with those powers are able to. He worked on developing them almost every day after that. Eventually when he was in high school, he met a girl named Elizabeth. He thought she was really cute, and did everything he could to impress her. Eventually the two started dating, and graduated high school together. And then the two worked together to get an apartment together, and they thought they were going to be happy forever. But the thing is...Elizabeth is a Winged, but she was born with wings that never properly developed, and she couldn't fly with them. Because of this she was made fun of by some other Winged. One day, the two said they were going to meet on a roof, one they like to visit often, where Looker was going to propose to her. But when he got up there, there was a couple of Winged poking fun at Elizabeth. They kept nudging her back until...she fell off the roof. No one was able to save her in time, and she died from it. From the rage he felt Looker lashed out, and killed the two Winged that did that to her. After that day he swore revenge on the Winged, and wanted to have them suffer like he did.
