Story

History

Sky seems to have an odd form of...Amnesia? He can't remember anything about his life before he was sixteen, besides his name and birthday. By the point he already remembers, he was already a traveler on his own, with nothing to keep as a memento to his past. All he had with him was his bag full of supplies and a few changes of clothes, and his swords which he can only assume he had for a while before the moment he remembers, though he has no way of knowing for sure.

When he was 17 and out on his travels, he came across a town ravaged with dragons. While there, a mysterious tall man in a yellow suit approached Sky, and offered to pay him to capture the dragons, along with a girl named Elie, and eventually the two were joined by a strange bird creature named Scarlet. While working, the group discovered the man was capturing the dragons illegally, so they turned against him, eventually having to get the dragons free and fight the man for it, who turned out to be a very powerful psychic. The three barely escaped with their lives, but little did they know the man wasn't done with them yet.

Current Day

Sky parted ways with Elie and Scarlet after that day, though he still kept in touch with them, considering them to be pretty good friends of him. Though after he was alone again, he met a strange set of characters to travel with him. The first of which being Terra, being homeless and alone for a while, Sky took pity on the kitsfell, and let her stay. Later, the two found Isaac, recently having run away from his old abusive family, they took him in as well. And last, Kyubi, who tried to steal some bread, and then just kinda started following the group around.

Sky wasn't not thrilled about the group at first to say the least, acting a bit grumpier than usual from missing his alone time. But after a while, Sky finds himself opening up to the group, and finding himself really caring about them. And eventually, reuniting someone important to his life, where he regained his memories of his time before.

Species/Powers Notes

Winged

Sky is a winged. The most basic way to describe a winged is a human with wings. But there's more to it than that. In the universe Sky lives in, elemental powers exist, but winged are unable to use them. to combat this they have developed an immunity to fire. They have usually either two or four white wings (Sky is an exception) and hollow bones to allow them to be able to lift themselves off the ground.

Half-Demon

Sky is...a half demon. Basically that means he was born looking like a normal one of his species, except for one thing, he had eight black wings. Half demons are extremely rare and there is a small chance of them being born among the greater species. They have a...special ability. When they either get an extreme injury, or they get truly and deeply angry, they will go into a "full demon" mode of sorts. Like this, they do not care for other lives or people, and only really care about causing destruction. they are also extremely difficult to defeat, as many things will not hurt them. Suffocation is one such way to take care of them.

Design Notes

• Sky typically hides two pairs of his wings, but they usually spread out in his demon form
• He wields two swords with one on each hand. if he's drawn with his swords he needs both out.
• He will sometimes foam at eh mouth in his demon form
• The necklace/bracelet was given to him by his best friend, and he always wears it.

Relationships

Isaac

[ Close/Sibling like ]

Sky found Isaac as a lonely child unable to fly. He at first didn't want to take care of the kid, but took him in anyway. He took care of Isaac, and made sure he was fed. Later on, he started training Isaac to be better at fighting, to help him learn to take care of and defend himself. During those training sessions, he found himself starting to take a liking to Isaac, seeing him like a little brother he should look out for and take care of.

Terra

[ Close Friends ]

Terra had found Sky wandering on his own. And being a bit of wanting to see the world herself, ended up following him. Sky did not want her to at first, but eventually allowed her. Terra immediately claimed herself as Sky's partner, and there was nothing he could do to stop her. He doesn't show it too often, but he does like the little cat, and will take good care of her. And the two do see each other as reliable partners that help each other out.

Kyubi

[ Friends ]

Sky was mistrusting of Kyubi at the start for her being a kitsune, and only allowed her to stay with the group from the other two pressuring him. Sky always seems to be annoyed by her antics, but knows she's just doing it for fun. And while they're not the closest of friends they do enjoy each others company

Elie

[ Best Friend ]

These two didn't meet each other at the...most pleasant of times. The two were actually part of this pretty horrid scheme where they were meant to die. They didn't though, and while Sky found her bratty and irritating at first, they ended up getting a pretty close friendship in the end. The two have always been best friends since, and while they tease each other a lot they do legitimately care for each other and will help when needed. (Character belongs to SunshineCo)

Brii

[ Girlfriend ]

Sky met Brii after the biggest events of his travels were already over. He immediately thought she was pretty cute, though he'd never say so out loud. He approached her because of that and the two started to get along very quickly. And after an event where Sky had to save Brii from her own father, he offered to let her travel with him. She gratefully accepted, and she quickly got along with the group, getting much closer to Sky. Eventually the two confessed some feelings for each other, and decided to start dating.

Myra

[ Sister ]

Sky had pretty much raised Myra since she was 4. He cares a ton for his little sister, and would put her needs before even his own most of the time. After he had to flee from the hometown when he was 16, Sky lost his memories, including ones of her. But by pure happenstance, Sky managed to meet up with her again, and upon seeing her was able to regain his memories, where she then started to travel with him as well.

Looker

[ Enemies ]

Looker was the reason for the aformentioned dragon incident. Ever since Sky stopped the dragons, Looker seemed to developed a huge resentment for Sky, often blaming him for many things, and even turning to messing with his friends and family to try and break him.
