Kai grew up in a lovely house with her two moms and Golden Retriever Lucky and her bunny Speedy. She had a great upbringing and has always been a social butterfly and was interested in everything related to music. When she was 10, she started to learn playing the guitar and has continued to learn more and more instruments. She can now play on the guitar, bass guitar, piano, and drums. She has also started seeing a vocal coach and when she was 15, she joined her first band called "SVNTN" (pronounced Seventeen). Her parents obiously never had a problem with Kai being a lesbian, so she never even came out to tem, she just brought her first girlfriend home and introduced her to them. As Kai got older, she quit SVNTN and started her own band called Dead Girl Walking, a pop punk band that has gathered quiet the following over the years. She met her current girlfriend, Caro, at one of her gigs,they started off as friends originally but it developed into something serious and they have moved in together since then.
