Santiago has made a name for himself playing in bars in the town Bruce lives in. He seems to know everything, about everyone. He loves men, more than anything in the world. His reputation as a confirmed bachelor has lead to him travelling constantly around the United States, always leaving before someone else can leave him. Santiago's vice, besides married men, is gambling. He always seems to wind up in Las Vegas once or twice a year.
