TERMS OF SERVICE.

- Read my BLACKLIST to make sure you don't give my design to anyone who I stated cannot own my designs.

- If you receive ANY design by me for free it's BV (Base value) will immediately go to $0. No matter the circumstances. The BV can only be increased by personal art or commissions!. If I see a design by me given for free and it has value without anything added after you received it I will give you a warning to fix it.

- If you purchase my design it's worth is of what you bought it for.  you may trade it, Sell it, or give it away for free/a raffle. You MAY NOT sell it for more then you bought unless art was commissioned or you did personal art of said character.

- If you trade for my design that already has a BV (Base value) you may keep it that or make its value equal of what you traded for it. and sell it for the BV, trade it or give it away for free/a raffle.

- If you did art for my design, you may sell it for equal that amount (Ei; did two headshots worth $30 together you may sell the design for $30), as long as it reasonable and not overpriced. You also may sell, trade, or give it away for free/a raffle.
- My designs can be redesigned as much as you want, clothing change, color change, species change, etc etc.  just keep me as the designer/creator and would appreciate it if there was something that stuck from the original design.

- Please do not edit my art without asking first.

- You may co-own my designs or do tradebacks/closed trades, But I am NOT responsible for any drama that may occur. New; you may not add rules ontop of this. No matter if the design is tradeback it can still be traded or sold. You cannot tell the person they're not allowed to sell. As long as the design doesn't have $0 BV or was a gift without any added art trying to be sold, they can still sell it. Although yes they can only sell/trade back to the previous owner unless cancellation, lost of connection or given permission.

- If you falsely spread around a design of mine is from a closed species when it's not. I am not responsible of what will happen especially if I already stated the character is a one off/not in a CS.

- You may not use my design to spread Hate/anti-LGBTQIA+/Nazism/ Racism/Any other harmful topics. If you do you will be put on the blacklist once caught and will not be able to own anymore of my designs and your design that you have used for said things will be revoked.

- My designs can be used for commercial purposes IF purchased. It's your character now I just designed it please just credit me as the designer is all I ask. If you did a trade or did art you must ask as you might need to pay commercial fee.

- My artwork can not be used for commercial purposes unless paid for said purposes. If you wish to use it for commercial means please contact me and we can discuss the amount paid for the rights to do such, depending on what you want to do with it I can charge less.

- I'd like it if my designs to be stayed on toyhouse. If they get removed I am no longer responsible for what will happen at all. If you get scammed I cannot do anything on that behalf as the toyhouse profile for that character is gone.

- If you get scammed and the profile is ON toyhouse I will transfer the credits to an alt that is made for banned designs to be aware these characters and the person because of scamming. And make you a brand new profile to give to you. Just contact me with PROOF. Of the scamming and I'll decide from there. Although with this I may not be able to regain any of the other art on the og's profile, so you have to contact the artist about it and I can write something up so they and you have proof that the creator/designer is saying you got scammed and now own the design to hopefully gain the lost artwork from the artists.
