Raised in the art of espionage and combat from a young age by the renowned Lionheart and the Pax Republic's top secret Infiltration Program, Victor was honed to be a perfect soldier. He was dutiful, idealistic, and believed in the nobility of the Pax Republic's mission of peace. His hard work payed off, and after years of training he was honored to be chosen to enter the Uldovian tundra to rescue a captured scientist from enemy hands.
Paired with the strange, time traveling Heron, the two were thrust into a mission that ultimately ended in the death of his beloved mentor at his hands.Heron and Viper had grown close through their shared ordeal, but upon her sudden disappearance, Viper fell into disillusionment. Disillusionment turned to cynicism and anger upon unraveling the plots underlying their original mission and the price the soldiers involved paid for greed and power...and Viper started down a path of good intentions that would ultimately lead him into darkness.

Snowdrift
Victor and Hazel, after they failed to rescue the Uldovan scientist who was trying to defect ,were tasked with returning to Uldovia and stopping Gagarin, a radical extremist who had taken his followers, stolen a top secret superweapon and hunkered down in a remote research station. In addition, they were tasked with assassinating the Body of Peace, an elite military unit lead by Victor's mentor, Lionheart in order to cool rising tensions between Uldovia and Pax which threatened to launch them into a new world war. They entered a research facility in Uldovia by air, and worked their way through the frozen mountain range. Along the way, they ran afoul of the Uldovian army's rising special forces agent Panther and his partner Lynx and found a tentative ally in Spider, the mysterious agent posing as a member of Gagarin's team. The two defeated the Body one by one, until they eventually gained intel on where the Titan, a nuclear capable walking tank powered by a mind-scanning AI, was being hidden. Upon arriving, it's artificial intelligance went haywire due to being told to kill, and put the tank in a frenzy. Viper and Heron took down the monstrosity, and killed Gagarin in a climactic battle, before Viper was taken to face Lionheart alone. He killed her, and heard her last words, before the two of them returned to the pax republic and grieved. Convalescing in the hospital together, Victor and Hazel became involved, and shared a night together with the promise of more on the way. But as he prepared for the pleasant night ahead...tragedy struck. Victor arrived back to find a base on high alert, with Doctor Kovalenko and Hazel missing...and the last room they were in covered in blood. Wait as he might, she never returned and Victor was left to helm the Alloy Unit alone.
