Akane

Akane is a cyborg Panther who arrived in Irhynam with nothing more than a car and some goods to move into a small apartment at the edges of the city. She's one to keep to herself, and work on her car, and just live life rather simple. She doesn't really seem the kind to pull attention to herself if she can help it. As a Bounty Hunter, this suits her well.

She was made a cyborg by Machina to further enhance her ability. In addition to this, she had Machina work on recreating Kamen Rider abilities, stored within belts. Machina took the challenge, and has since built Akane a few of these belts. Kamen Rider 1, Skyrider and Kuuga are the three she has in her possession. Storage in the belt along with her own body allows them to work, the very specifics are a secret however. Akane has been a high rank bounty hunter ever since she was made into a cyborg. These high level hunters can take any bounty, even those about demons and other supernatural beings. Akane fights to protect the world from these beasts.

On the side, Akane likes her car, and tunes it up often. She also likes to race, and will be seen around any sort of racing action she can find. She does have a job at a mechanic's shop and uses this to cover her rent. Though she'll regularly hit a few burger joints, she just loves a good burger. She's also not a stranger to video games and will be at the arcade quite a bit.

While she's mainly known for her car, a 1991 Honda NSX, she would never dare to use her baby in her hunting. Not only is it not very good off road, she wouldn't want anything to happen to it, not even a scratch. Though, she still needs vehicles on occasion. So she does borrow motorcycles and other vehicles when needed, mostly those suited to offroad environments, and ones that can take a beating. She works on all the vehicles she uses, she doesn't trust one until she sees how it works. It doesn't matter if were two of the same kind made at the same time, exactly the same. She'll still inspect both.

While she's not on her usual business, Akane is a mechanic. She's always loved vehicles and was working on them from a young age. She works with Armadeus down at his shop. While this was at first a cover for her, she really did grow to love working at Armadeus' shop. He's a cool dude, he has a twin sister, Arisaka, and the two are great friends to Akane. Not to mention his connections to aftermarket parts that allow Akane to make her NSX the best it can be. Akane has learned a lot about other vehicle types from studying under him, and her own natural affinity of being a mechanic.

She's also befriended the rabbit Simone, who is also employed at Armadeus' shop. They usually hang out down at the shop and talk about what they're working on, and general life stuff. Akane wouldn't mind getting to know Simone better, and imagines that'll probably happen as time goes by.
