Icing ($4-10)

Icing is quite sharp to the touch in terms of giving opinions. He and his brother, Frosting, like to act like the princes of the anthro town and boss people around or have them serve them like royalty. (Especially Milkshake) Unlike his brother, he does not put on an act-- he is what he is... which is mean. Whether you want to hear it or not, he'll give you the cruelest opinion he can about your look and/or the way you do things. These harsh words intensify when you do not do what he wants you to do.
