Det. Katsaros was a simple man. A distinguished officer of the law in Carousel City who never quite belived all the wild stories involving 'consultant Kennedy and his wild occult theories' back in his hometown, who found himself moving south to the port city of Fleur De Lis in Louisiana...where he took up residence as a detective in their local presicnt. Partnered with the immaculately neat Blanc, the two became fast friends, even moving in together down the line. But it's when a strange serial killer threatens the secretive underbelly of their beloved city that the two find themselves discovering many deep truths. Both about themselves, and the world itself.
