Personality: Argumentative when things don’t go her way. Doesn’t like talking her way out of situations. Oizys has a hard time getting close with people and making friends was hard for her to do too. Has a huge vendetta against her father and still wishes she was the one to kill him. Protective of her brother, Momus, and will do anything to keep him safe. Use to hate her mother, Cara, but has learned to forgive her. Has a hard time holding her tongue and as a result, has gotten herself and Momus into sticky situations.

Story: Oizys is Momuses twin sister and her parents are Potitus and Cara. Unlike Momus, Oizys would argue often with her father, mainly leading to both her and Momus getting in trouble. When Momus left for training, Oizys grew more rebellious and has more outbursts. Momus decided to teach Oizys to protect herself for Potitus, but the two were caught. When Oizys found out what Potitus did a month later, she decided that she was going to kill him. However, Potitus left for the Mojave and Oizys missed her chance. Years later, Momus was chosen to go to the Mojave, but before he left, Oizys got into a situation with another Legionary where she was forced to kill that piece of shit. She fled Flagstaff and soon a scouting group was sent to find her, and most likely kill her. An accident with falling rocks led to most of the Party turning back home and Oizys used the clothes of the dead recruits to disguise herself as a Legionary. She traveled west until she arrived at the Mojave, snuck through the Colorado river, and decided she’s going to do what she should of years ago and ride up against the Legion. She began to hunt Legionaries down, from scouting groups to loners to camps, sometimes she was successful in killing a whole group and more often then not, she was forced to flee before she became killed herself. Eventually, the NCR got word of this sniper and tracked her down. The NCR asked of her services and in return, they will help her get her brother. She agreed, and continued her work, now with NCR support. Eventually, she managed to catch Potituses Decanus, an old friend of his, on his own and forced him to tell her his wear abouts. When the Decanus told her he was dead, she killed him, and celebrated. She was later attacked by a scout named Ferus, but she convinces him to lay down his gun and the two start traveling together. Soon, the 2nd battle of Hoover Dam came and Oizys was there, out of sight, hunting down and incoming Legionary. However, Oizys got shot, and Ferus was forced to take her away from the battle. Oizys woke up afterwards, furious with the NCR and furious with the Courier. She left the Mojave and she and Ferus parted ways. She went back to Flagstaff and decided to try speeding up the Legions fall. She continued this for 10 years until it finally fell. She found Momus, but rather than going up to meet him, she followed him until he became reunited with Argus again. She decided it was best to leave and headed east. She met TK at a town and, after an incident where she almost shot TK cause she thought he was still Legion, the two became friends, then partners.
