Biography

Compared to her wild sister Kasmira, Acacia was a welcomed change in the household. Kasmira caused a lot of issues due to their behavior and the calm, quiet Acacia was like a blessing. When they realized how good she was at art they decided to enroll her under Moblit to better her skills. She grew into a talented artist because of this, and for that she's forever grateful. They weren't aware of how awful she was to her peers at school because she hid it very well and would put on the perfect daughter mask whenever something hinted at her being anything but. Mike is probably the only one who has a better grasp on who their daughter really is (or was), and while Acacia kept up the act they both knew she was lying. Although she's very two-faced and a bit shallow, she loves her parents very much

Acacia has a great relationship with her brother but a so-so relationship with her sister. She is very much so the caring older sister figure to Darius, even though he's older than her by a few minutes. She babies him somewhat and is his shoulder to cry on if he needs it, which is surprising considering he shares a lot of traits with the people she picked on in school. She enjoys hanging out with him and she loves his cooking a lot. Kasmira is nothing like Darius; Kasmira is loud, obnoxious, and a little too eager to fight everyone. Kasmira also had a tendency to be mean without meaning it, so Acacia often has to step in and fix whatever her sister has done. There are rare times where Acacia can handle being in the same room as her sister, but that's why they're rare. Cia may have developed her catty attitude in response to Kas recklessly throwing around insults; rather than get hurt by it, why not just throw insults back?

Amaya is one of her art buddies. They often meet in various different settings, sometimes not even speaking a word to one another. They appreciate the fact that they both enjoy art the same way and sometimes only need the comfort of being in the same room as one another. Acacia finds Amaya's personality to be interesting (and a bit funny), and often acts as a artistic mentor towards the younger girl.

Keone is Acacia's on-again-off-again partner. The two of them met as trainees and have had a strange relationship ever since. They're together for a week or so, and then one of them messes up and the other one breaks things off, and then they eventually crawl back to one another. It's very dysfunctional and Acacia knows it, but she finds the whole thing kinda....exciting. Probably cause it reminds her of the chaos of her lovely bully crew from her youth. Kasmira thinks it's super weird. No one really knows if they're ever going to be serious and stay together, not even Acacia and Keone themselves.

Moblit Berner was her art teacher for many years. Being a close friend of her parents, Moblit didn't mind taking on a student (he was very flattered) and enjoyed teaching young Acacia (and many others) all that he knew about art. Moblit was well known among the Survey Corps as a talented artist so Acacia was overjoyed when she found out her parents did this for her. Acacia was one of Moblit's favorite students, and they still have a great relationship nowadays. During the holidays she sends him and Abel gifts that she makes herself.

Jasper Bodt-Kirschtein, Devona Braun and Calum Strauss-Leblanc were the main players in her 'friend' group when she was younger. They were all varying levels of assholes who found pleasure tearing down their peers through any means necessary, and while they were very unstable they were a formidable force when they teamed up to intimidate someone. Acacia, while claiming to not like physically assaulting people and preferring to stay on the verbal abuse battleground, has a deeply hidden sadist streak that very rarely rears its head. While nowadays she only taps into it if someone is harassing the kids she adores so much, her 'friends' saw glimpses of it--Calum was pretty indifferent to it, Jasper was taken aback and thought Cia was even weirder, and Devona loved it and even thought it was hot. In regards to her actual relationship with the crew, her and Jasper butt heads a lot and were probably the most antagonistic towards each other. Devona openly flirted with her, even when he and Jas were having their 'thing', and she flirted back just to cause trouble in the group. Calum was...there. If anything their lack of emotion when doing literally anything was a bit unnerving, and Cia would occasionally pester them just because, but they were probably the most well-adjusted out of the (usually) 4 of them. After the situation with Jasper and Devona leading the group in his wake things just kinda...fell apart after that. Acacia got bored, Calum just flat out dipped, and Devona was becoming a bit too controlling, so the crew ended up separating. She's not exactly close with any of her 'friends' from this time period, although if she had to pick someone it'd probably be Jasper. They've both improved a lot but Acacia is still a air-headed rich girl at heart and Jas is still incredibly snarky, so they can get into some very colorful arguments sometimes. Despite that, they do have rare moments of (seemingly) genuine affection for one another, showing off things they made in their spare time to one another. She and Devona still sometimes get together to relive that 'spark', and because it's a safe way for Cia to unleash her more violent tendencies without any real consequences, but their relationship is solely physical. On the other hand, she doesn't see Calum as much, but the times they have interacted Cia is still just as unnerved by Cal as she was years ago. She always feels like they're judging her.

Trivia

● As mentioned earlier, one of her favorite pastimes is making things out of wood. She's made tiny animals, trees, and flowers and they're quite popular at the local market. Making them is a form of stress-relief for her. When she's especially stressed, you can find her carving away in her workroom.

● Unlike Kasmira, she inherited Papa Mike's way of greeting new people by smelling them. It isn't the best way to make friends, but at least they'll remember who you are.
