Mandy is one of the Nexians enrolled at EINC, and a good friend of Praxis's. Like most, she was overjoyed to discover her powers and frequently uses them to create aesthetic enhancements such as horns and wings. She isn't the most hard worker, but she hopes to find her calling at the Institute.
