Athena is a wisdom-sharer who's made it a personal mission to help others to learn. She resides at a temple in a glade said to house the soul of one of the gods, and there she teaches visitors to solve complex equations, understand magic, and learn new skills. Even if she doesn't know these things herself, she believes strongly in strengthening the mind together, and utilizing her own trained and open mind to help others open theirs to learn new skills together.

She is very thoughtful, observant, and a great puzzle and problem solver. She is very spiritual, though she has never met the gods of her world nor heard their whispers, she likes to think that they gave her her mind and appreciates all the things they have placed to learn within her world. She is generally very calm and peaceful, and believes that violence is unnecessary. The only way to truly offend her is to offend her gods, at which point she will refuse to teach you. 

She seems to struggle with a deep seated fear of becoming stagnant, of failing to learn, and of becoming someone so closed off she can learn no more. She finds searching for new knowledge to be the most rewarding part of life, and becomes rather distraught if you tell her otherwise.
