Jack

Look: Jack seems to have a constant crazy look on his face: The iris small and red and the eyes open wide. Parts of his teeth are always visible because parts of his mouth on the right side is missing and one part isn't fully covered by metal.
Basically he looks like a psychopathic maniac who is about to kill you... which is not far off from the truth.
His right eye, the right side of his jaw, back of his head and his complete left arm got blown by an accident and replaced by cybernetic implants.

His feathers are always a lil dirty and messy. Same with his clothes. He bearly washes himself and if he does he never uses water, because his electronic parts are not waterproven and not all of them can just be taken off.
Because of that he has a really bad odor.

Voice: His voice is (like you would expect from a crazy parrot) loud and screechy like an old, broken radio.

Jack really doesn't like working with other pirates, partly because he has to share the pillage and because they are souless thiefs just like him.
If something went wrong it was probably the crews fault and if that's the case someone has to pay and you really don't wana be the one. He very much enjoys torturing people, if it's to get what he wants or just for fun.
He is very arrogant and likes being in the spotlight.
