Born alone into the world as a child Mona desperately sought out for a family to take her in, but without understanding why everybody turned her away, humans and her own kin didn't want to do anything with her.
The crippling loneliness made her mad and she stared laughing day and night trying to destroy the gloom inside her. Now people wonder if actually managed to do what she intended or if it is a mask?

She grew up by eating and eating a lot. And a certain point she stopped caring who it was, so sometimes if another vampire is not careful enough she will become her meal as well they just have more luck to survive after her meal.
After maturing Mona got into the Vampire society, but no longer was she the naive child she once was, her behaviour often puts on edge the most powerful Vampires from the clans. Some are brave/stupid enough to try to pick her up for a night or even propose a relationship but usually they run away real quick.

Monika has a certain obsession over the term family. You ought to be careful to use it lightly around her, being abandoned by her own and being rejected by her mother she seeks to fill in that gap inside her. If offered affection she seeks to deepen the connection right away, melding the person into a role she sees them to fit in her little family play.
