Cyrus is the host of a local public access children's program, and it's gotten pretty popular amongst the children along the coast. It's basically just religious blues clues, as well as being full of subliminal messages. He's not a bad guy by any means, he'd give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, he's just kind of been convinced into thinking he's the prophet/spokesman of some giant divine sea deity that wants him to hoard body parts.

Appearance

Cyrus is pretty well built! He's not out of shape by any means, considering the amount of walking and running (from things) and swimming (from things) he has to do. His body is covered in bruises and burns from the prisoners of the cult as well as lashes from the deity. His outfit's an absolute mess and looks like he's made it himself out of scraps of cloth he's found. For his show, he's usually in quite a bit of makeup, as well as some friendly looking facepaint!
