Jamie comes from a very protective household that moves around frequently. Her mother was once a teacher, and therefore homeschools both Jamie and her younger sister. She moves into Addison Apts No. 204 in what would be her sophomore year of highschool. She's ahead of most students due to being taught one on one with her mother, and actively offers to help the other kids in the apartments. Because of her parents, Sal is the first friend she's had since leaving school, which causes her to get a bit attached to him. She doesn't relate well to the other teens, as she doesn't have an interest in metal music or art. She enjoys macabre stories and gore sfx, but scares easily.
She's gentle and likes taking care of others, including a sick Sal, another tenant named Lincoln, and her sister. She takes other people's requests very seriously, and once attempted to eat with a blindfold so Sally could without his mask. She regularly feels out of place and doesn't like being around other people for fear of annoying them. She really likes Ashley; it's nice to have a girl friend, despite Sal swaying on the female side around Jamie's parents.
