Leo is a psychotic, masochist with a love of explosives, fire, and blades. He derives entertainment from the pain of others. He still has a childish demeanor and doesn't always think about the consequences of his urges. 

Leo as always had psychotic tendencies, ever since he was a child. He's killed two cats under the age of 10, one he suffocated to death, the other he locked in a box until it starved. When questioned, he simply explained it made his rage disappear, even for a moment. He enjoyed it. The feeling of power, control. 

As he aged, his psychotic tendencies only grew, but he learned how to hide them better, and hid the evidence of his actions. He managed through school without much attention before one day he snapped and killed his mother. He managed to live in the same house for over a week before anyone had noticed. By then he already had a taste for blood and had brutally murdered another girl. 

He was caught red-handed but by the demon Torch no less. Killed and then turned, he was blessed with the power of a Flame shifter and carried out his habits, consequence-free.
