History

Born to be a ruler, this diamond was the bottom of the bin compared to her much larger counterpart, Sea Diamond. Sea had created her just so she had power over another Diamond. She was the second best and nothing more. 

She was a speck compared to Sea, so much so that Sea would often let her Quartz soldiers toss her around and treat her like one of them. She called herself Iridid, and she was tired of being Sea Diamonds toy. So she began to make her own colony without the help of anyone else.

She started with making her Pearl. Sea Diamond helped her and made the Pearl for her, much to Irdid's dismay. She received a perfect Pearl. Made to honor her Diamonds form and to serve until their replacement was needed. Her Pearl hated her Diamond though and later ditched her to join Sea Diamond.

Iridid was alone for a long while, she had no followers and Sea Diamond grew bored of teasing her. She grew lonely and began making gems to the best of her ability. She started with soldiers, she wanted protection. She made Kaleidoscope Jasper, a massive warrior capable of knocking warships out of the air. Iridid loved her and took care of her.

Next, she made a Lapis Lazuli, to help her terraform more land for her gems. The gem helped create an army, ships and more. The Lapis later became her personal right-hand gem, much like a Pearl.
