Levi(athan)

Levi is born from a belief in the endless sea and storms. Countless generations of personification, be it be as any manner of rain deity, Cthulhu, Moby Dick, or even the mythical sea serpent with which he shares his name have led people to call upon a higher power for protection from the wrath of the untamable deep blue. He can best be described as fickle and temperamental, with a bias towards opulence. Though not one himself, he acts as a stand-in deity, hearing all prayers sent to him, and answering those he feels deserving in whatever capacity both positive and negative.
