flann is certainly the dreamer of the duo of twins - while they are the exact same age, he's prone to taking a more 'younger sibling role', especially with his sibling's larger and more intimidating structure.

the duo are currently estranged after a falling out they had and flann left his sister mid-journey to a treasure.

it's unknown if it's face blindness or an amount of foolishness that cloud flann's vision from seeing through the weasely navigator's trick but he trusts fingal with his life and, more importantly, with his ship. the two are pretty close outside of the professional setting, often having a mug of ale together when they make port and exchange tall-tales that have absolutely no basis in reality.
